Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted upon order and processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom or bulk orders may take 10–15 business days, depending on size and complexity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $18 and above.
We currently ship locally within Singapore only (SG).

Estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, handmade nature of our soaps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
