1. What is your business name about?

mlem melts is inspired by the playful "mlem" sound a cat or dog makes when sticking out its tongue, while "melts" reflects the products that I make. Put them together and you have mlem melts!

3. Why do you wrap your soaps in plastic?

I use shrink wraps made of polyolefin, which is a more environmentally friendly material. These wraps help to preserve freshness of the soap and extend its shelf life by protecting it from moisture and contaminants.

4. How long is the shelf life of your soaps?

They are individually shrink wrapped to prevent moisture & humidity. They are also handcrafted upon order to ensure freshness, so it's recommended to use within 1 year of purchase.

5. Can I use them on my body as well?

Yes, of course! If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, be sure to check our ingredients list before ordering.

6. How should I store my soap bars?

To extend the life of your soap bar, keep it in a cool, dry place. Using a soap dish that allows it to drain between uses is great for preventing the soap from becoming soft and mushy.

7. Do you offer custom or personalised soap bars?

Yes, we offer custom orders! Whether it's for a special event like a wedding or corporate gifts, we can customise the scent, colours or packaging. Just reach out to us directly, and we can discuss the details.

8. When will I receive my order?

All items are handcrafted upon order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way!

9. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately not. As a one person small business, I'm only able to offer domestic shipping at the moment. I hope to expand in the future, so keep an eye out for updates! Thank you for your understanding and support!
